Pond announce May UK tour – ticket details

Australian band, who feature members of Tame Impala, will play

Australian newcomers Pond have announced details of their first UK tour, which will take place this May.

The band, who recently released their forth album ‘Beard, Wives, Denim’, feature Tame Impala members Nick Albrook and Jay Watson. They will play shows around the country as well as festivals including Field Day, Dot To Dot, Liverpool Sound City and The Great Escape.

The outfit will support Maximo Park at their NME showcase at Brighton Dome as part of The Great Escape (May 10), and they are also on the bill supporting Mystery Jets at the town’s Corn Exchange the following night (again as part of the Great Escape).


Following these appearances, they will play several headline shows across the country, beginning at Leeds Cockpit on May 19 and ending at Manchester’s Soup Kitchen on May 26.
