Wiz Khalifa and Sean Paul named joint headliners of Bestival

Prince tribute also planned at Isle Of Wight event

Wiz Khalifa and Sean Paul have been named joint headliners of the Sunday night at Bestival.

The pair are the final headliners for the event on September 8-11, joining previously announced headliners The Cure and Major Lazer at Isle Of Wight’s Robin Hill Country Park.

Khalifa said of his appearance: “I can’t wait to be back in the UK to perform at Bestival. The fans here have such good energy, it’s going to be lit.”

Sean Paul added: “I can’t wait to play at Bestival. I’ve heard the grand finale on the Sunday night is the best festival spot in the UK. I’m gonna bring the fyyaahh.”

Bestival has also announced that it will host a Purple Rave tribute to Prince, which will see DJs including festival organiser Rob da Bank and Tayo.

Also new for the line-up are Glass Animals and Crystal Fighters.
