Band are set to play their first live date together since 2008
Tickets for The Good, The Bad & The Queen‘s one-off show in London later this year go on sale this morning (October 7) at 9am (BST).
The band, who haven’t played live together since 2008, will play London‘s Coronet on November 10.
The show is being hosted to celebrate 40 years of the environmental charity Greenpeace, with bassist Paul Simonon saying of the gig: “We’ve always supported Greenpeace and their amazing work. It should be a great night, we’re really looking forward to it.”
The Good, The Bad & The Queen feature Blur/Gorillaz mainman Damon Albarn, Simonon, former guitarist with The Verve Simon Tong and drummer Tony Allen in their line-up. They last performed together at a fundraiser for LoveMusicHateRacism in April 2008.
