KAISER CHIEFS TOP NME CHART

‘Oh My God’ is the Number One…

Kaiser Chiefs have claimed the Number One spot in the NME CHART tonight with ’OH MY GOD’ (January 23).

Currently opening every night on the ShockWaves NME Awards Tour 2005, the band beat strong competition from fellow tour mates Bloc Party, who stall at Two with ’So Here We Are’.

Interpol fall down the countdown this week to Three with ’Evil’ as do Kasabian, who drop to Five with ’Cutt Off’.

New entries in the chart come from The Futureheads with ’Hounds Of Love’ and Death From Above at Ten with ’Blood On Our Hands’.

This week’s top ten looks like:
