NO DOUBT have collaborated with DR DRE and PRINCE, as work continues on their new album.

As previously reported on NME.COM, No Doubt have been in Jamaica with veteran reggae producers Sly Dunbar & Robbie Shakespeare, working on the follow-up to their ‘Return Of Saturn’ album.

In addition, the band have also worked on three songs with Kelis producers The Neptunes.

Now, it has emerged that Prince and Dr Dre have also contributed to the record.

Speaking to Rolling Stone in the US, singer Gwen Stefani said: “We’ve never written with other people. We wanted to get in a room and see what kind of cultural collisions happened. I want this record to be short, simple, fun and danceable.”

The track featuring Dr Dre is called ‘Wicked Day’, while the song featuring Prince is titled ‘Waiting Room’. The as-yet-untitled album is due for release in October.
