Noel's heading to Greenwich
Noel Gallagher has announced details of a huge outdoor show in London this summer.
The High Flying Birds star will headline the Saturday night of this year’s Greenwich Music Time on July 7, which takes place at the Old Royal Naval College.
Tickets start at £49.50 and go on sale from Friday February 23. You can buy them here.
The latest show from the former Oasis man follows the release of 2017’s Who Built The Moon?, his third High Flying Birds album.
Meanwhile, Liam Gallagher recently opened up on his ongoing feud with Noel and explained how his attempts to patch things up over Christmas proved unsuccessful.
“In my head [we called a truce]. Because it’s Christmas innit and me mam’s always going, ‘Look, calm down,’ so I had a couple of drinks and thought, you know, I’ll put it out there. But it’s not happening, is it?”, he said,.
Responding to a rumour that the brothers had patched things up at swanky London hangout Chiltern Firehouse, Liam said: “No, no – I went there and he wasn’t there. He wasn’t meant to be there, but that’s where him and all his posh mates go, so I thought I’d steam down there and see what they gotta say.”
“I just went down there looking for a bit of trouble and that but there was none of ’em about,” Liam explained.
“They were probably at home, counting their money”.
