Liam Gallagher walks out of George Michael London show

Beady Eye frontman lasted just 23 minutes of the singer's Earls Court Arena date

Liam Gallagher reportedly walked out of George Michael‘s London gig last night after just 23 minutes.

The Beady Eye frontman accompanied wife Nicole Appleton and friends Tamzin Outhwaite and Kate Thornton to the concert at London’s Earls Court Arena, but spent most of his time at the bar with bandmate Andy Bell.

“The gig started at 8.15pm and as the lights went down, Liam and Nicole arrived and quickly hugged Tamzin and co in their area. The girls all seemed in great spirits and were dancing around straight away, absolutely loving it,” a source told The Mirror.

However, Gallagher was less impressed and is reported to have grown frustrated with a group in front of him trying to get his attention. “Then, at 8.38pm… Liam and Andy stood up and went to the bar,” the source continued.

Last night’s gig was part of Michael’s ‘Symphonica’ tour and is the second of three London dates rescheduled following his battle with pneumonia in 2011. The singer recently cancelled a run of shows in Australia, citing ‘major anxiety’ as the reason behind his decision.
