The band bed in new drummer Zak Starkey in a low-key location...


are to play a low-key warm-up show before their headlining slot at GLASTONBURY 2004.

The band will appear at the 2,500 capacity Poole Lighthouse in Dorset on June 23, just two days before their scheduled performance on the Pyramid Stage.

It will be the band’s first chance to play with drummer Zak Starkey, Ringo Starr’s son, who will fill in following the departure of Alan White in January.

The Bees, who are also playing Glastonbury, will provide support.

Tickets for the show go on sale this Saturday (May 15) at 9am and are priced at £30.
