OASIS SINGLE HOPES SLIDE AWAY

Noel Gallagher hinted that a single may come as early as October, but that isn't to be the case...

OASIS have delayed the release of their comeback single until the New Year.

Speaking previously, songwriter Noel Gallagher had stated that the group intended to release an unconfirmed track to roughly coincide with the group’s tenth anniversary ‘club’ shows in the UK next month.

However, a spokesperson for the group told NME.COM this morning (September 18) that there are now no plans to release any new material this year.
