Of Montreal to release new live album on Record Store Day

'Snare Lustrous Doomings' will be limited to 3,000 copies

Of Montreal have announced they are to release a new live album, ‘Snare Lustrous Doomings’.

The 90-minute double LP has been produced for this year’s Record Store Day (April 18) and will feature 19 career-spanning tracks taken from performances at San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall and Portland’s Wonder Ballroom.

‘Snare Lustrous Doomings’ will be available on 180-gram vinyl in yellow and orange, and limited to 3,000 copies. Scroll down to hear the live version of ‘Wrath Pinned to the Mist and Other Games’.

The announcement comes on the heels of the Georgia band’s 13th studio album ‘Aureate Gloom’, which was released on Tuesday (March 3). They are currently on tour in the US to promote the record.
