OK Go to preview new album on upcoming tour

Outing kicks off March 6 in Philadelphia

Ok Go have announced details of a North American tour, scheduled to begin on March 6 in Philadelphia, PA.

The band will preview their brand new album on the dates, which will be opened by Longwave and Oppenheimer on the East Coast, and IO Echo and Jaguar Love opening the West Coast dates.

The band recorded their new album with producer Dave Fridmann in upstate New York, and have documented much of their progress at okgo.net.

It is the follow-up to 2005’s ‘Oh No’, which featured ‘Here It Goes Again’, the track best known for its ‘treadmill video’.

Meanwhile, the band play a fictional wedding band in the upcoming film ‘I Love You, Man’, set for release on March 20.
