Spurlock believes the group will stay together for a "little while longer"
Morgan Spurlock, the filmmaker who helmed the One Direction movie This Is Us, has said he believes Harry Styles will be the next member to quit the group.
Speaking to a TMZ photographer, Spurlock said he thought the band would stay together for a “little while longer”, but that Styles would look to depart at some point in the not-too-distant future.
“I think they’ll stay together for a little bit longer and at some point Harry will probably leave, he’ll probably be next,” said the director, who rose to prominence in 2004 after making the documentary Super Size Me that saw him eat only McDonald’s food for 30 days.
Zayn Malik quit One Direction last month after pulling out of their Asian tour. Shortly after the 22-year-old’s departure, Spurlock revealed he had struggled with the demands of touring more than any other member, and has now called him “the most talented guy in that group”.
“To make the decision to want to leave and go off on your own and chase a solo career in the midst of being as famous as you are – you can’t fault somebody for that,” said Spurlock
