P Diddy breaks court ruling over name

He is found in breach of an agreement not to use name

P Diddy has been found in breach of an agreement not to use his ’Diddy’ nickname in the UK.

He agreed a deal with DJ Richard ‘Diddy’ Dearlove to stop using the name.

Dearlove claimed the rapper had violated their arrangement by promoting himself as Diddy on websites.

Lord Justice David Kitchen ruled that the use of the name Diddy on the MySpace and YouTube websites were a breach of the agreement.

P Diddy’s control over them would now be the subject of a full High Court hearing scheduled for October, reports the BBC.
