The huge outdoor gig series returns to Hyde Park in July this year for a series of huge shows – including a 40th anniversary celebration from The Cure.
Now, it’s set to get even bigger, with a new set of artists being announced for shows by Clapton, The Cure and Roger Waters.
Check out the line-up additions in full below.
Roger Waters (6th July): X Ambassadors, Slydigs, Colin Macleod, CC Smugglers, Lil & Ollie
The Cure (7th July): Lisa Hannigan, Pale Waves, This Will Destroy You, Alice Phoebe Lou, Kathryn Joseph
Eric Clapton (8th July): Zucchero, Chas & Dave, Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real, The Wandering Hearts, Ryan Kinder, The Americans, Eric Paslay, Kelly McGrath.
Although all three shows are sold out, The Cure recently confirmed that they’re working on new music – having released last album ‘4:13 dream’ in 2008.
“I’ve listened to more new music in the last six months than I ever have,” said Smith earlier this month in a BBC 6Music interview.
“I’ve suddenly fallen in love with the idea of writing new songs, so it’s had a really good effect on me.”
He continued: “I booked some time to do some demos next month. Some of it’s really good, some of it not so good.
“I never wanted to be in a position where I was forcing myself to write, I’ve never felt comfortable with that.”
