Earlier today, it was announced that ITV will air a new show to determine Britain’s favourite Beatles Number One.
The special two-hour long programme, The Nation’s Favourite Beatles Number One, will allow the public to vote for their favourite of the Fab Four’s 27 chart-toppers in the UK and US – from 1962’s ‘Love Me Do’ to 1970’s ‘The Long and Winding Road’.
ITV has previously broadcast a similar programme aiming to find Queen’s most popular hit, with ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ coming out on top.
NME readers can vote for their favourite Beatles Number One here. The results will be revealed next week.
