Paula Yates, ex-wife of LIVE AID founder Bob Geldof, has been found dead in her west LONDON home.
Yates, who was 41, was discovered in bed by a female friend visiting her around 10.15 this morning (September 17). Police say there was no sign of violence though they are treating the death as suspicious pending a post mortem. According to reports in the UK press, Yates had been battling depression.
Yates, the mother of three by Geldof, was the lover of INXS frontman Michael Hutchence when he died in mysterious circumstances by hanging in an Australian hotel room in 1997.
