Pavement announce ‘best of’ compilation album details

Band offer unique prizes to fans who guess the tracklisting

Pavement have revealed details about their forthcoming ‘best of’ album.

Released on March 8, the 23-track album is called ‘Quarantine The Past: The Best Of Pavement’. Its release coincides with Pavement‘s reunion tour, which kicks off in Australia and New Zealand the same month.

The band also are asking fans to guess the tracklisting for the album to win prizes. The fan who comes closest to the actual tracklisting will win a pair of tickets – with flights and hotel rooms included – to see Pavement at Central Park Summerstage on September 21, along with a set of Pavement 12-inch vinyl.

Other prizes include unique editions of the album and more Pavement vinyl sets. See for more information. The competition is open worldwide, and the deadline for entrants is January 19.

Pavement play the following UK and Irish dates:

Dublin Tripod (May 4)
Glasgow Barrowlands (5)
London 02 Academy Brixton (10, 11, 12, 13)

The band also headline and curate the ATP Weekend in Minehead on May 14-16.
