Birmingham band to release album in March
Peace have confirmed details of their debut album ‘In Love’.
Released on March 25, the Birmingham band will precede the Jim Abiss (Arctic Monkeys, Florence + The Machine) produced album with the release of their next single ‘Follow Baby’. The re-recorded version of their first single will be available from March 18.
Speaking about the new single, Harrison Koisser of the band says: “This one time, I woke up in the morning and ‘Follow Baby’ had lodged itself in my head. Almost fully formed. Like a product of a dream or a gift or maybe something weirder. It felt special & shiny. I guess it is special & shiny. Actually maybe it didn’t happen like that. I’m 95 per cent sure it did, but either way that would rule right?”

Speaking to NME about ‘In Love’, Koisser recently said: “It’s a real mixed bag but there’s something for everyone on there. I don’t think it’s a bad thing to be eclectic. But it’s maybe not as ‘quad-polar’ as the EP, I guess. Talking about album track ‘Delicious’, Koisser adds: “It’s almost like an album’s worth of content in four minutes, all squashed down. It goes everywhere!”
