PJ HARVEY is planning a whistle-stop, eight date US and Canadian tour in DECEMBER.

According to the PJ Harvey website, [url=], she is likely commence the tour on December 1 in Toronto, before playing “small, intimate shows” in Detroit, Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, New York, Washington and Atlanta throughout the rest of the month.

Full details will be announced within the next few days.


Harvey, who released her new single, ‘Good Fortune’ on Monday (November 13), previously announced details of a one-off London date at the Shepherd’s Bush Empire on February 11 2001.

She is also confirmed to appear on this evening’s (November 17) Channel 4 show TFI Friday from 6pm.
