The goth rockers head for the US and Canada after their current European tour...

PLACEBO, who released their non-chart-eligible single ‘SPECIAL K’ on two formats last week, have confirmed an extensive tour of the US and CANADA for May and June.

The band are currently on tour in Europe with Sneaker Pimps Sneaker Pimps in support, and play Barcelona Pabellon Vall De Hebron tomorrow (March 27). They then have gigs in France, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Holland and Luxembourg, winding up at France Bourges Festival on April 17.

Idlewild on this leg of the tour. The group then head back towards Europe for festival dates, via the Reykjavik Music Festival on June 15.
