Poison’s Bret Michaels expected to make full recovery from brain haemorrhage

Singer has already been released from hospital

Poison singer Bret Michaels is expected to make a full recovery after suffering a brain haemorrhage last month, according to his doctors.

Michaels has now been released from hospital in Phoenix, where he has been advised to rest for the next six weeks. He will also be examined every two weeks until he is fully fit again.

His doctor, Joseph Zabramski said that the condition suffered by Michaels was serious, reports BBC News.

“This produces a great deal of stress on the body. This is like being involved in an accident from inside,” he explained.

Michaels has cancelled a number of appearances due to his condition, but is still scheduled to make his live comeback on May 26 at Neumeier‘s Rib Room in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
