EVIL TREAT!

And we've got tickets to give away...

PRIMAL SCREAM are to play the opening night at the new MARQUEE club in LONDON – and we’ve got tickets to give away.

As previously reported, the legendary London music venue is to reopen. It will be housed at a new home in Parkfield Street, Islington – approximately three miles north of its original home in the centre of the city.

The new Marquee is the brainchild of Eurythmics founder Dave Stewart and entrepreneur Mark Fuller.

The original venue closed in 1996, and at its prime hosted gigs from bands including U2 and REM. The Rolling Stones played their first ever gig there in 1962.

Primal Scream are announced to appear at the 1200 capacity venue on September 5 – the opening night party.

Tickets went on sale and have sold out already. However, NME.COM has five pairs of tickets to give away. All you have to do is email your name and contact phone number to winstuff@nme.com.
