PRIMALS PULL OUT THE STOPS

Bobby G and the boys go out in a blaze of glory at the London Hammersmith Palais...

Primal Scream played a storming, sold-out show at London’s Hammersmith Palais last night.

The band, now featuring My Bloody Valentine founder Kevin Shields on guitars and samples, ran through the bulk of their new ‘Exterminator’ album and treated the crowd to some of their greatest hits including ‘Medication’, ‘Higher Than The Sun’ and ‘Rocks’.

The show marked the end of the band’s six-date March tour but The Scream will be back performing live in April at Glasgow Barrowlands (April 13 & 14), Liverpool Royal Court (16), Leeds Town & Country (17), Wolverhampton Civic Hall (18), Brighton Event (19) and Brixton Academy on April 21 & 22. The second of the two shows at Brixton will be an all-nighter event with support from Death In Vegas and Invasian.
