After months of speculation, the reclusive star has been confirmed as the producer to the follow-up to 'This Is Hardcore'...
PULP’s new album will finally be completed within the next few weeks and has been produced by SCOTT WALKER, NME.COM can reveal.
After months of speculation about Walker’s involvement with Pulp, it has been confirmed that the reclusive star has produced the long-awaited new album. NME.COM confirmed Walker had been working with Pulp last November, after their previous producer didn’t work out, but the band’s representatives were then unwilling to confirm his involvement.
However, the band’s management told NME.COM last week: “Scott Walker has produced the record and it’s very close to being finished. It’s in the last stages and should be finished within two to three weeks.”
Asked about Walker’s role as producer, the spokesman added: “It’s gone great, the band found him really interesting to work with.”
