The star is so touched by all the kind words from well wishers that he has a special treat planned...
Queens Of The Stone Age singer JOSH HOMME has spoken for the first time about the sudden illness that led to the cancellation of the band’s European tour.
The band were planning to play three shows in one night in London (March 3), but pulled out after Josh began coughing up blood in his hotel room.
Speaking on the band’s official website, Homme explained the situation. He wrote: “I’d like to say thank you to all well wishers. Your words and thoughts were printed out for me to read and you know what, it mean a lot to me. It was just cool to see sweet things instead of bottles of meds that were not meant for recreation. I’m trying to think of something cool for all who still got the tickets for the shows missed. I’m thinking of a free vinyl ‘45. I just wanted to say thanks for understanding. I feel better already.”
The affected dates are:
Koln Kantine (February 24)
Berlin Postbahnhof (26)
London Camden Venues (March 3)
