Star's side project to release exclusive record for Foo Fighters dates

Queens Of The Stone Age‘s Josh Homme‘s side project Eagles Of Death Metal are to make an exclusive single available at their forthcoming UK dates supporting Foo Fighters.

The record will be available at merchandies stands at the sold-out shows. The white label, hand-stamped 7″ singles are exclusive to the tour. It features new songs taken from the band’s upcoming LP ‘Death By Sexy’, due for release in 2006.

The tracks are ‘Shasta Beast’ and a demo version of ‘I Want You So Hard’.


The release is limited to just 500 copies, and any copies unsold following the tour will be put on-sale via Rockfeedback.comTransgressive Records spin-off website.

The single will be sold at the following Foo Fighters shows:

Birmingham NEC (December 11)

Glasgow SECC (12)

Manchester MEN Arena (14)

London Earl’s Court (17)


The single features Josh Homme, though he will not be joining the Eagles Of Death Metal on the upcoming UK dates.
