Radiohead have announced the first leg of their planned 2012 world tour.
The band’s guitarist Ed O’Brien had previously said that Radiohead would be “on the road from the end of February to November” and the first announcement of the band’s live plans is indeed at the end of February.
The initial announcement is 10 US tour dates, which begin at Miami‘s American Airlines Arena on February 27 and end at Glendale‘s Jobing.com Arena on March 15.
The band are expected to announce UK and European dates in the coming weeks, but have not said when this will be as yet.
O’Brien has also previously indicated that the band’s live set will be largely drawn from ‘The King Of Limbs’, as opposed to the ‘Greatest Hits’ set that the band played on their last world tour.
