Radiohead debuted a new song, ‘Knives Out’, on their website last Thursday night. Playing live, the band performed an acoustic version of the song that is expected to appear on their new, as-yet-untitled album, due for release early Summer 2000.
The band gave their fans no warning that they were going to play the track except posting a message last week that suggested they download a certain audio player.
Also during the three-and-a-half hour webcast, Yorke and co DJed, spinning some of their favourite records, played with puppets made of socks, danced around and wrote messages.
