Sublime Artist Agency said that Rain has taken a different route for this new EP. “Each track will be a differently colored song with tempos that he has never tried before. The concept [of the album] is to put together the pieces that represent Rain as an artist into this one album,” it announced. The agency also confirmed that the singer has finished filming the music video for the album’s lead single.

Earlier this week, on Tuesday (February 9), the K-pop star released ‘Guardians’, his collaboration with South Korean soprano Jo Su-mi. The track is the theme song for newly released fan community app UNIVERSE.

The South Korean singer is also currently in talks to appear in the upcoming television drama, Ghost Doctor. Rain is apparently considering the offer with a “favorable outlook”, said a spokesperson form his agency.
