Spector, Splashh, Theme Park and Willy Moon are to play as part of a series of five special gigs in cities around the UK.
Put together by Ray-Ban, the shows will take place in a series of special and unusual locations. Indie heroes Spector will play in Manchester on May 14 and Theme Park (pictured right) will perform in Bristol on May 25.
The following month, Splashh will play in Leeds on June 6 and rockabilly revivalist Willy Moon will perform in Birmingham on June 13. The fifth event is, at this point, under wraps.
The venues for these events are to be confirmed soon, though fans should expect the unusual – the locations, some of which are off-the-beaten-track, are being chosen to reflect the qualities of Ray-Ban glasses: long-lasting, impact resistant, anti-glare, built to move and outshining.
Tickets can only be obtained by visiting Ray-Ban.com and uploading your own vision for the perfect marriage of band and location. Ray-Ban will then make one of the suggestions a reality in September this year, with submissions being accepted until the end of June.
