Grime sensation and all-round national treasure Big Narstie is to host his very own TV show.
The Big Narstie Show has been commissioned for a non-broadcast pilot on Channel 4 – and will see the Bass Defence League hero being joined by comedian Mo Gilligan for a mixture of celebrity chat and straight-talking segments on current affairs , TV, showbiz, trends, phone-ins, and food.
The announcement comes after Narstie proved a huge hit on Channel 4 during his appearance on Celebrity Gogglebox, which saw him sharing a sofa with Ed Sheeran and Example.
He also appeared on 2017’s Big Fat Quiz Of The Year, before making an unexpectedly brilliant foray into weather forecasting on Good Morning Britain earlier this year.

Syeda Irtizaali, Commissioning Editor, Channel 4 says, “We’re thrilled to work with Big Narstie again, as it’s clear from his previous Channel 4 appearances that he is en route to becoming something of a national treasure.
