REM guitarist PETER BUCK will appear in Crown Court on July 31 to face charges relating to an alleged “air rage” incident on a flight to LONDON.
Buck is charged with criminal damage and assault on two members of airline staff following an alleged incident on route to Heathrow Airport from Seattle on April 21. The guitarist was flying into the UK to join the rest of REM to undertake promotional duties for their current album ‘Reveal’.
Buck appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates Court in London this morning (June 18). In a brief appearance, he was granted £20,000 bail and told he will now face trial at Isleworth Crown Court on July 31. He made no comment on leaving the court.
