On the eve of their first tour in ages, the band post footage of themselves rehearsing online...

REM have posted footage on their official website of the band rehearsing on the eve of their first world tour in four years.

The band kick off proceedings with a gig at Utrecht Tivoli in the Netherlands on Saturday (June 21), and are currently rehearsing in the city.

As previously revealed on NME.COM, the band have rehearsed over 75 songs from all 12 studio albums for the tour, including some they haven’t played for many years. The webcast features four songs – ‘Maps And Legends’ from 1985’s ‘Fables Of The Reconstruction’, ‘Get Up’ from 1988’s ‘Green’, ‘Walk Unafraid’ from 1998’s ‘Up’ and ‘She Just Wants To Be’ from 2001’s ‘Reveal’.
