Watch Rick and Morty announce Logic’s new mixtape ‘Bobby Tarantino II’

It's coming this Friday

Logic is set to release a new mixtape, with the announcement coming via a Rick and Morty-endorsed ad.

The US rapper is set to drop his ‘Bobby Tarantino II’ mixtape on Friday (March 9), sharing a new ad starring the cartoon duo.

In the clip (which you can see below), Morty asks Rick if he can play some Logic in their spaceship. Morty replies: ” Of course I love Logic. Who doesn’t like Logic? You gotta be a fucking idiot if you don’t like Logic”.

Morty then requests some “mixtape Logic” rather than “album Logic”, saying: “I’m in the mood to turn some shit up, Morty. I’m not in the mood for a message about how I can be whatever I want.”

The first Bobby Tarantino mixtape was released in 2016, while Logic’s latest album ‘Everybody’ came out in May 2017.

Logic is set to appear in a new Netflix rap documentary series.

Titled Rapture, the series will consist of eight episodes and will explore the rappers’ personal and professional lives.

Other artists set to feature in the series include Nas, Rapsody, and 2 Chainz. It will also feature the likes of Dave East, T.I, G-Eazy, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, and Just Blaze.
