Murray says that the rapper 'better be dead, because otherwise he’s in trouble'
Rick Ross allegedly bailed on the offer of a collaboration with Bill Murray.
The rapper, who released albums ‘Mastermind’ and ‘Hood Billionaire’ last year, was set to work with Murray on a new Christmas show he’s producing for Netflix.
Having previously been pictured together in an Instagram post, Murray says that having recorded a song in his studio, Ross later failed to show up for the yet-unnamed TV special.
Murray recently appeared on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’, telling the host: “We were doing a Christmas show, and my friend is friends with him, so thought he’d be great to sing this one song. So he came and recorded the song… and that was the last we saw of him.”
“If anyone out there sees like a 300-pound guy, who looks like he’s supposed to be in New York two weeks ago, let me know.”
Murray joked: “He’d better be dead, because otherwise he’s in trouble”.
George Clooney and Miley Cyrus are to play themselves in Bill Murray’s upcoming “Christmas special”, while Parks And Recreation‘s Amy Poehler and Bridesmaids actress Maya Rudolph will also appear in the project which reunites Murray with Lost In Translation director Sofia Coppola.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the special will follow Murray, who famously chooses not to have an agent or manager, as a dodgy Hollywood operator tries desperately to sign him. Further details about the special are currently unknown, but some of the famous guest stars will apparently be seen singing carols.
