It's reported that the artists have teamed up to cut a version of Queen's anthem 'We Are The Champions'...

ROBBIE WILLIAMS has finally recorded a track with QUEEN, it has been reported.

According to a report in this morning’s The Mirror newspaper (April 9), Williams entered a studio with the three remaining members of the band, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon, to record a version of the band’s classic ‘We Are The Champions’ single.

It is rumoured that the single will be used in the soundtrack to the film ‘A Knight’s Tale’.

A UK spokesperson for Williams confirmed the collaboration this morning, but said the track would not be released as a single.

Media speculation has been mounting since the end of last year that Williams will front a reformed Queen, although it has always been denied by his official spokesperson. The pair were forced to issue a joint statement last December saying that “nothing is planned at present”.
