ROBBIE WILLIAMS , PJ HARVEY, BECK, BOB DYLAN and TOOL have been confirmed for this year’s ROSKILDE FESTIVAL in DENMARK in July.

They join a bill which already features Neil Young, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and Guns N’Roses.

After the crush at last year’s festival when Pearl Jam were onstage, which resulted in the deaths of nine people, organisers pledged to continue with the festival. An investigation last year by the Danish Justice Ministry found that despite inadequate communications between security staff and hesitation in dealing with the crowd problems, the festival could not be blamed for the deaths. Pearl Jam, who had stopped playing and repeatedly asked the audience to move back, were exonerated of any blame.
