This time it's Noel, not Liam, who feels the sharp end of the pop superstar's tongue...

Robbie Williams has further fanned the ongoing feud with Oasis by branding Noel Gallagher a “nasty little dwarf” who he would like to “beat up”.

Speaking last Wednesday (August 16) in Cologne after an appearance at the Popkomm festival, Robbie said: “I don’t really wanna beat up Liam, I wanna beat up Noel ’cause he’s a little shit. He’s a mean spirited, nasty little dwarf.”

He added that the Oasis guitarist was “entitled to his opinion and I’m entitled to mine. The only thing is people are interested in mine”.

Williams was in the German city to play six tracks from new album ‘Sing When You’re Winning’ (released through Chrysalis next Monday August 28) to an invited audience. He played from the roof of Cologne’s soccer stadium, overlooked by the famous Severins Bridge.
