A throwback to 1998 at Worthy Farm
Williams performed at the Worthy Farm festival in 1998, where he was famously pictured with Liam Gallagher.
Now Williams has posted a picture of himself with Flint along with the words: “There was more colour in the ’90s”. He added in a caption: “There was more fire starting too… #TBT Glasto 1998.”
See that beneath.
Meanwhile, Take That have revealed that Robbie Williams will probably re-join them next year to mark the group’s 25th anniversary.
However, the other departed band member, Jason Orange, who stepped down in 2014, is currently ruling himself out of any kind of reunion.
“We’ve been in touch with Jason and we’ve been in touch with Robbie. Jason is in his place where he is now and he’s not got any intention at the moment to be back in the band,” Howard Donald told The Sun. “Whereas Robbie — we’ve been talking to Robbie about it, and it might be that if we do a 25th anniversary album, that we do some co-writing or some extra tracks on that.”
Donald’s bandmate Mark Owen added: “I think it would be nice to do something with him. In our minds at the moment there’s an intention to do some new tracks, a greatest hits and a tour, then we’ll see.”
It has also recently been reported that Robbie Williams is teaming up with Kylie Minogue to record another duet for his next solo album, which is expected later this year.
