Robbie Williams is set to release ‘SUPREME’ as his Christmas single on December 11, through EMI/CHRYSALIS, NME.COM can confirm.
The track, the follow-up to ‘Kids’, his recent Number Two duet with Kylie Minogue, is the third to be lifted from his UK chart topping album ‘Sing When You’re Winning’. No B-sides or additional tracks have yet been confirmed.
But the former Take That star will not find it easy to lift the coveted Christmas crown. Unsurprisingly William Hill bookmakers have installed current chart toppers ‘Westlife’ as 1/3 favourites. However Eminem is now quoted as 7/2 second favourite with ‘Stan’, despite the fact that the single is released on very early, on December 4. Williams only then enters the fray at 13/2.
S Club 7 are fancied at 8/1, while Britney Spears, Spice Girls and children’s’ television favourites Tweenies are all at 10/1.
