ROBBIE WILLIAMS has hit back from the LONDON
DOCKLANDS ARENA stage at LIAM GALLAGHER’s “queer” taunt at the Q Awards earlier this week.
Robbie – who was jeered by Oasis at the awards ceremony in London where he picked up a gong for songwriting – was branded “queer” by Liam, who said: “This one’s for Robbie. We all know what Q stands for” as Oasis picked up Best Live Act award on Tuesday (October 31).
But, according to reports in UK tabloids this morning, while playing to a sold-out audience on Wednesday night (November 1), Robbie retaliated: “The Q Awards, I’ve been thinking about them. Q stands for quite a lot of your career is gone mate. You’re band’s fucked. You don’t sell many albums because your band’s shit.” He also bitched about Liam’s relationship with Robbie’s ex – All Saint Nicole Appleton – saying: “Quite simply Nic would rather be with me. I’ve had her as well mate. I bet you go to bed every night scratching your head, thinking ‘Is he better
than me?’.”
