Band will headline Koko in Camden next month ahead of 2015 Brit Awards
Royal Blood have confirmed details of a one-off London date to coincide with this year’s Brit Awards.
The band are nominated for a number of Brits and will also play live at this year’s ceremony. Before that, however, they will headline Koko in Camden on February 17. The Bohicas will support on the night and tickets are available from 9am on January 28.
Royal Blood are nominated in three categories at this year’s Brits: British Group, British Breakthrough Act and MasterCard British Album of the Year. This year’s ceremony will be hosted by Ant and Dec and takes place at The O2 in London on February 25 and will be broadcast live on ITV. The Critics’ Choice award winner has already been announced as 24-year-old singer-songwriter James Bay, who beat George the Poet and Years & Years to take the prize.
Other artists due to perform at the Brit Awards this year include Taylor Swift, Take That, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, George Ezra and Paloma Faith.
Royal Blood will also perform live at the NME Awards Tour 2015 with Austin, Texas. They will be joined on the bill by Run The Jewels and The Vaccines. The show takes place at the O2 Academy Brixton, London, on February 18, with tickets available now.
