Ryan Adams to release Halloween-themed ‘Vampires’ EP

New EP will be the latest release on Adams' PAX-Am label

Ryan Adams has announced plans to release a Halloween-themed EP.

Titled ‘Vampires’, the EP will be the latest release on Adams’ PAX-Am label as part of a series of 7” vinyl single releases. One track on the release is titled ‘Clown Asylum’. The EP will be released on October 28, just in time for Halloween.

Earlier this year Adams released his self-titled 14th solo studio album plus ‘1984’ and ‘Jacksonville’, the first two instalments of the PAX-Am single series.

Adams has previously indulged in his ghoulish side with his attempts at death metal with side-project Werewolph while the video to ‘Gimme Something Good’, which features on ‘Ryan Adams’, features candelabras, skulls and a Morticia Addams lookalike.

The tracklisting for the ‘Vampires’ 7″ is:

‘Vampires’
‘Magic Flag’
‘Clown Asylum’
‘Suburbia’

Adams toured the UK last month, and was joined by Johnny Depp at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, where they performed ‘Kim’ from Adams’ current album and a cover of Danzig‘s ‘Mother’.
