Rap couple Cardi B and Offset made a new friend at a Washington, DC festival this weekend – former president Barack Obama’s second daughter, Sasha.
16-year-old Sasha was in attendance at Broccoli City Festival, where Cardi played her last show before giving birth to her first child, expected in July.
A series of photos see the group sat together backstage, smiling. See below:

Several Twitter users have praised the photo, with one calling it “Dr. King’s dream being fulfilled.”
The photos coincide with Cardi B’s Twitter comments over the weekend in which she pointed out Obama’s achievements in power despite the Republican party having a majority in the House of Representatives.
Obama did enough for this country and let’s not forget! he did it while the house was Republican .

Cardi B recently spoke to GQ about her love of political science and interest in presidents.
She also praised Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s work on Social Security, prompting US Senator Bernie Sanders to express his support for her message and say: “Cardi B is right.
“If we are really going to make America great we need to strengthen Social Security so that seniors are able to retire with the dignity they deserve.”
Meanwhile, during her performance at Broccoli City, Cardi B said that she had “got new beefs” since announcing her pregnancy earlier this month.
“Every day bitches got something to say,” she told the crowd.
“Watch when I drop this baby, what’s good.”
