‘THONG SONG’ star Sisqo is to make his movie debut alongside BEN FOSTER and KIRSTEN DUNST in the film ‘GETTING OVER ALISON’, which is out next year. According to reports in Variety, the 22-year-old ex-Dru Hill member plays the best friend of Foster, plays a high school basketball hero who quits the team and joins the theatrical society in order to win back his girlfriend. It is directed by newcomer, Tommy O’Haver, who has only made one movie previously, ‘Billy’s Hollywood Kiss’ in 1998. Sisqo quit his support tour with N’Sync in the US to concentrate on his role in the romantic comedy. His move to the big screen follows his successful small screen stint as host of ‘Sisqo’s Shakedown’, MTV‘s second-top show behind ‘Total Request Live’. He has also joined the ranks of pop stars who do Pepsi Cola commercials, having signed up to promote the fizzy drink and McDonalds burgers.
