SKIN ‘N’ SPUDS

First single from 'Post Orgasmic Chill' out in March...

Skunk Anansie return with a new single on March 1 called ‘Charlie Big Potato’, their first since 1997’s ‘Brazen Weep’ and the debut track from their forthcoming new album ‘Post Orgasmic Chill’, released March 22.

The album was recorded as live with a full string section and production by Andy Wallace, who engineered Nirvana‘s ‘Nevermind’.

‘Charlie Big Potato’ is apparently not a reference to a man with big testicles, as reported elsewhere, but is about someone who sees himself as a sort of top-dog cock-of-the-walk type.
