Smashing Pumpkins frontman takes day off from Marilyn Manson joint tour to visit the theme park on Thursday (July 23)
Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan has been pictured looking uneasy on a rollercoaster at Disneyland in California.
The singer is currently embarking on a joint tour with Marilyn Manson, taking a day off to visit the theme park on Thursday (July 23).
US Weekly reports that Corgan was on the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad ride at the time. See the picture below.
Billy Corgan recently compared listening to other people’s music to Disneyland. He told Loudwire: “It’s part of the problem of being a songwriter. Once you go there you hear every song from the point of view of how the songwriter that you’re listening to is engaging you”.
“It’s a little bit like going to Disneyland and looking at all of the rides from the perspective of the construction as opposed to joy.”
Meanwhile, Billy Corgan recently launched an “artisanal tasting box” of vegan and paleo food through subscription service Farm to People. The limited-edition gift basket, which will be priced at $129.95 (£85), contains items such as sprouted hazelnut butter, bourbon smoked sea salt and chunky coconut raw chocolate bars.
Corgan has also been discussing his US tour with Marilyn Manson, which the pair are dubbing the ‘End Of Times Tour’.
