Snoop Dogg to headline Isle Of MTV event in Malta

Far East Movement and LMFAO also booked to play MTV show

Snoop Dogg is set to headline this summer’s Isle Of MTV Festival in Malta on June 30.

The rapper, who released his 11th studio album ‘Doggumentary’ on April 18, will headline the free show at Il-Fosos Square in the city of Floriana. Far East Movement and LMFAO are also confirmed to play at the event.

The Black Eyed Peas, The Chemical Brothers, Lady Gaga, Gorillaz, Maroon 5 and Garbage have all performed as part of the Isle Of MTV Festival in the past. The event initially moved around various European locations but has taken place in Malta annually since 2006.

Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg is also confirmed to headline this July’s Lovebox Festival in London’s Victoria Park. He’ll also perform a one-off gig at London‘s HMV Forum on May 17 then a show at the O2 Manchester Apollo on July 15 as part of the Manchester International Festival.
