Swedish police hold Snoop Dogg on drug suspicions

The rapper has called the incident 'racial profiling' after giving a urine sample

Snoop Dogg was arrested by Swedish police in Uppsala after his performance there on Saturday night.

Daniel Nilsson, a police spokesman for the region said, “Police carrying out roadside controls noticed that Snoop Dogg seemed to be under the influence of narcotics.

The rapper was pulled over by police, arrested, and taken to the station to undergo a urine test. Nilsson said, “The incident lasted several minutes. Once the test was carried out he left.” The test results were not available immediately.

Following the incident Snoop Dogg took to Instagram to share his opinions, calling it a “racial profile” and saying that after the urine sample “they didn’t find sh*t.” See the videos below.

Last year Snoop Dogg told Jimmy Kimmel that he had smoked marijuana in the White House. “Not in the White House, but in the bathroom.”

Explaining how he fooled the “CIA, or the FBI, the alphabet boys” during the incident, he continued: “‘I said, ‘May I use the bathroom for a second?’ And they said, ‘What are you going to do? Number one, or Number two?’ I said, ‘Number two’.” In the same year he invested in an app named Eaze, described as ‘Uber for weed’.

The rapper was also arrested in Texas in 2012 for marijuana possession and faced up to 180 days in prison.
