The cassette features 10 demos from the Foo Fighters frontman
A copy of Dave Grohl’s rare 1992 solo album is currently being sold on eBay.
Originally called ‘Pocketwatch’, it was later released under the name ‘Late!’ The latter is the title seen on the artwork of the copy listed on eBay.
In the description on the auction website, the seller wrote: “Rare cassette (purchased in 1994 via mail-order) of songs that Dave Grohl demoed, some of which would be re-recorded for either Nirvana or the Foo Fighters.

Just Another Story About Skeeter Thompson – 2:05

At the time of writing, the tape had 31 bids for it with the highest bid at $430 (£325). There is just under two hours left before the auction ends.
In February, Grohl revealed he had had an operation on his arm, which led to Foo Fighters cancelling shows in New Orleans. “This is something I’ve had to deal with for a long time and it’s not the end of the world, but I did have to have surgery on my arm because I need it to pay the rent,” he said. “I knew I had to fix my arm at some point and I went ahead and did it.”
He also explained why the band weren’t going to break up any time soon, saying touring was “only work if you don’t want to do it.” “I’ve never said, ‘Ugh, I have to go on stage and drink whisky and have 30,000 people sing my songs.’ It’s pretty fucking cool.”
